User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between the owner of protonjetton.com/ (hereinafter referred to as Proton Jetton or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other hand. The Proton Jetton website is not a mass media.

Subject matter of the agreement

The administration grants the user the right to place the following information on the website:

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:

— Receive information on the  website

— Disseminate information on the  website

— Comment on content posted on the website

— Copying information to other sites with an indication of the source.

— Copy the information to other websites with the permission of the Administration of the website.

— Copy information to other sites with the permission of the copyright holder.

— Use site information for personal, non-commercial purposes

The administration shall have the right to:

— At its discretion and as necessary, create, amend, repeal rules and regulations.

— Restrict access to any information on the website

— Create, modify, delete information

— Delete accounts

— To refuse registration without giving reasons

The user undertakes to:

— Ensure the reliability of the information provided

— Ensure that personal data is protected from access by third parties.

— To update the Personal Data provided during registration in case of their change

— Do not   copy information from  other sources

— When copying information from other sources, include information about the author in its composition

— Not to disseminate information that is aimed at war propaganda, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is envisioned

— Restrict access to any information on the website

— Do not disrupt the functionality of the site

— Do not create multiple accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person.

— Not to commit any actions aimed at misleading other Users.

— Do not share your account and/or your account username and password with third parties

— Not to register an account on behalf of or in place of another person, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

— Not to place materials of advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation

— Do not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Website and its Services.

The user undertakes to:

— To keep the website up and running except for cases when it is impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

— Provide all available information about the User to the authorized public authorities in the cases stipulated by law

Liability of the parties

— The User personally bears full responsibility for the information he disseminates.

— The Administration assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources.

— The Administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and the services actually received.

— The Administration shall not be responsible for services provided by third parties.

— In case of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

This Agreement is effective upon any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be in force when a new version of it appears.
Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
